Our Story

Looking for a small high end wine producing treasure? Look no further!

M&O Wine Cellars is a small boutique wine producer located in the heart of the Napa Valley. We specialize in exclusive, limited lot and luxury style wines. Back in August of 2008, founders Steve Miller and Juan Orozco first met while working at a winery, in Rutherford, CA. It was there when they both realized that they shared the same passion, drive and aspirations for the wine industry. After working together for a year, Steve moved on to two other wineries before reconnecting with Juan in 2012, and they have been working together ever since. They both learned how to make luxury style and age worthy wines, and that is the style with which they intend to stay. In 2011, Steve tried his first attempt at making a very small batch of Pinot Noir. Without putting in much money or using proper materials, it did not meet his expectations. Due to his perfectionism and drive, he set his sights on the 2012 vintage and vowed to do everything the ‘right way’. The end result was amazing and better than expected! As soon as Juan and Steve started working together again, they became very serious about starting their own label. That is when Juan incorporated his 14 years of winemaking practices with the old world style they both learned. Due to some unforeseen events, things had to be put on hold for a few years but the dream never died. Finally, in August of 2017, M&O Wine Cellars came into fruition! We are crafting three varietals which include Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. Our intent is to offer luxury style and quality wines, at affordable prices!
