Our MIDWEEK is named after Steve Miller’s wife, Wednesday. Sauvignon Blanc is her favorite varietal. It is a Bordeaux style Sauvignon Blanc, seeing 7 months in barrel. It’s a great poolside wine and pairs great with seared scallops!
TASTING NOTES
This beauty highlights aromas of papaya, pineapple, fresh green apple, mango, and a hint of orange zest. It is accented by tropical flavors of pineapple, ripe mango, white apple and hints of minerality. It has a layered structure, a long finish and it is well balanced with bright acidity. This is a great everyday wine, not just ‘midweek’.
